<h3>Senior Apparel Sales Advisor — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>Join our Sportswear team as a Senior Apparel Sales Advisor and become the face of our premium alpine fashion floor. You'll work with world-class brands including Arc'teryx, Kjus, Bogner, and Descente, advising guests on technical outerwear, mid-layers, and base layers.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Provide expert product advice on technical alpine apparel to resort guests</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets with a focus on quality over volume</li><li>Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock presentation</li><li>Process transactions via POS system and handle cash/card payments</li><li>Support inventory management and stock replenishment</li><li>Mentor junior team members during peak periods</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Minimum 2 seasons of retail experience, ideally in alpine sports or outdoor apparel</li><li>Strong knowledge of technical fabrics, layering systems, and alpine clothing brands</li><li>Fluent English; French or German a strong advantage</li><li>Right to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA passport or valid Swiss work permit)</li><li>Passion for skiing or snowboarding</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 2,800–3,200/month + accommodation assistance + ski pass + staff discount</p>
