<h3>Visual Merchandiser — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>We're seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to ensure our Sportswear floor looks exceptional throughout the season. You'll set up the shop before opening day, manage seasonal changeovers, and maintain premium presentation standards throughout.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Plan and execute shop floor layouts and window displays</li><li>Manage seasonal product changeovers and promotional setups</li><li>Work with brand guidelines from Arc'teryx, Kjus, Bogner, and Descente</li><li>Train sales team on VM standards and daily maintenance</li><li>Coordinate with buying team on stock allocation and display priorities</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>2+ years visual merchandising experience in fashion or outdoor retail</li><li>Strong eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility</li><li>Experience with premium or luxury brands preferred</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage own workload</li><li>Fluent English required</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 2,900–3,300/month + accommodation assistance + ski pass + staff discount</p>
