<h3>Boot Fitting Specialist — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>Boot fitting is both a science and an art — and we're looking for someone who takes it seriously. As our Boot Fitting Specialist, you'll work with guests to find the perfect boot fit, addressing comfort issues, custom insoles, and performance modifications.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Conduct thorough boot fitting consultations for rental and retail customers</li><li>Assess foot shape, skiing ability, and performance goals</li><li>Perform shell modifications, heat moulding, and buckle adjustments</li><li>Recommend and fit custom insoles (Sidas, Superfeet, etc.)</li><li>Maintain detailed fitting records for returning guests</li><li>Work closely with Hardware Sales on boot retail recommendations</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Certified boot fitter (Masterfit University, SIDAS Academy, or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Minimum 2 seasons boot fitting experience</li><li>Knowledge of ski boot anatomy, flex ratings, and last widths</li><li>Patient, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing guest expectations</li><li>Fluent English; French highly desirable</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 3,000–3,500/month + accommodation assistance + ski pass + staff discount</p>
