Rental Shop Supervisor

<h3>Rental Shop Supervisor — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>We're looking for an experienced Rental Shop Supervisor to lead our Rentals team through the 2025/26 winter season. You'll oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure our high standards of technical quality and guest service are maintained throughout.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Supervise a team of 8–10 rental technicians and boot fitters</li><li>Manage daily opening/closing procedures and staff rotas</li><li>Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and end-of-season stock audit</li><li>Handle escalated guest complaints and complex fitting issues</li><li>Liaise with department head on staffing, training, and operational improvements</li><li>Ensure compliance with binding safety standards and equipment regulations</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>3+ seasons in ski/snowboard rental, with at least 1 in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong technical knowledge across ski and snowboard equipment</li><li>Proven team leadership and scheduling experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; French strongly preferred</li><li>Right to work in Switzerland</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 3,200–3,600/month + accommodation assistance + ski pass + staff discount</p>
