As a Sales Consultant in our Hardware department, you'll guide guests through our premium range of skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings — helping them find the perfect setup for their ability and ambitions.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Conduct consultative sales conversations with guests across all ability levels</li><li>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our brand portfolio: Völkl, Atomic, K2, Burton, Salomon, Head</li><li>Advise on ski geometry, rocker profiles, stiffness, and binding compatibility</li><li>Perform basic boot fitting and binding mounting</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate product knowledge</li><li>Support demo fleet management and product testing events</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Strong skiing or snowboarding ability (advanced/expert level)</li><li>Proven retail sales experience in ski/outdoor industry preferred</li><li>Technical knowledge of ski/snowboard hardware</li><li>Passionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy — guests rely on your expertise</li><li>Fluent English; French or German a strong advantage</li><li>Right to work in Switzerland</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 2,700–3,100/month + commission structure + ski pass + accommodation assistance + staff discount</p>
