Ski Technician
<h3>Ski Technician — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>Our Ski Technician role is perfect for someone who loves the technical side of skiing — tuning, waxing, binding mounting, and keeping equipment in peak condition. You'll work in our well-equipped workshop supporting both retail sales and rental operations.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Perform ski and snowboard tuning: edge sharpening, base repair, and waxing</li><li>Mount and adjust ski and snowboard bindings to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Conduct pre-season and in-season equipment checks</li><li>Support the sales team with technical product demonstrations</li><li>Manage workshop inventory and tool maintenance</li><li>Advise guests on equipment care and maintenance</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Formal ski technician training or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>Proficiency with tuning machines and hand tools</li><li>Knowledge of binding certification standards (ISO 11088)</li><li>Methodical, detail-oriented, and safety-focused</li><li>Good English; French a plus</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 2,600–2,900/month + ski pass + accommodation assistance + staff discount</p>
