<h3>Demo Fleet Coordinator — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>A unique role managing our premium ski and snowboard demo fleet — the test-drive programme that converts curious guests into committed buyers. You'll coordinate bookings, maintain the fleet, and work closely with brand reps to ensure we have the right product mix.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Manage demo fleet bookings, returns, and scheduling</li><li>Maintain fleet condition: daily checks, waxing, and binding adjustments</li><li>Liaise with brand representatives (Völkl, Atomic, Salomon, Burton) on fleet allocation</li><li>Collect and record guest feedback on demo products</li><li>Support sales conversions from demo to purchase</li><li>Organise demo days and brand events on the mountain</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Strong skiing ability — you'll be demoing product yourself</li><li>Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics</li><li>Experience in ski retail or rental preferred</li><li>Good relationships with brand reps a bonus</li><li>Fluent English; French desirable</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 2,700–3,000/month + ski pass + accommodation assistance + staff discount</p>
