Chef de Partie
<h3>Chef de Partie — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Mountain Air's slope-side restaurant. You'll work under our Head Chef preparing elevated alpine cuisine for up to 80 covers at lunch service, plus evening events and après-ski snacks.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Run a designated section (hot, cold, or pastry) during service</li><li>Prepare mise en place to the highest standard</li><li>Maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes</li><li>Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety standards</li><li>Manage section stock, ordering, and waste control</li><li>Support and mentor commis chefs during service</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Formal culinary training (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum 2 years CDP experience in a quality restaurant</li><li>Valid food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum)</li><li>Ability to work at pace during high-volume lunch service</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude under pressure</li><li>Right to work in Switzerland</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 3,000–3,400/month + accommodation + ski pass (weekends/days off) + staff meals</p>
