<h3>Restaurant Supervisor — Mountain Air Resort, Verbier</h3><p>Lead our front-of-house team as Restaurant Supervisor at Mountain Air's slope-side restaurant. You'll manage daily service, motivate the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile — whether they've come for a long lunch or a quick après-ski drink.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Supervise front-of-house team of 6–8 during lunch and evening service</li><li>Manage table reservations, floor plans, and service flow</li><li>Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests</li><li>Conduct daily briefings and ensure team product knowledge</li><li>Oversee till reconciliation and end-of-day reporting</li><li>Support bar operations during après-ski service</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>2+ years front-of-house supervisory experience</li><li>Strong wine and food knowledge</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Fluent English; French strongly preferred given Swiss-French clientele</li><li>Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, ResDiary, or similar)</li><li>Right to work in Switzerland</li></ul><h4>Package</h4><p>CHF 3,000–3,400/month + accommodation + ski pass + staff meals + service charge share</p>
