**Rentals Assistant – Winter 25/26**

Join the Mountain Air team in Verbier, Switzerland, as a Rentals Assistant for the Winter 25/26 season! We are a premium alpine resort destination, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and sharing our love for the mountains. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist guests with the selection and fitting of ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain the rental fleet, including cleaning, tuning, and organizing equipment.
• Process rental agreements and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on equipment use, local conditions, and resort offerings.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming rental shop environment.
• Work flexibly for between 22 and 30 hours per week, adapting to business needs.

**What We're Looking For:**

• **Required:** Professional proficiency in English.
• **Required:** Conversational proficiency in French.
• **Preferred:** Previous seasonal work experience.
• **Advantageous:** Experience with boot fitting.
• **Advantageous:** Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• An enthusiastic approach to guest service and a genuine interest in mountain sports.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
