**Boot Fitter – Chamonix (Winter 25/26)**

SeasonCrew is seeking a skilled and passionate Boot Fitter to join a boutique rental team in the heart of Chamonix for the Winter 25/26 season. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide expert boot fitting services, ensuring optimal comfort and performance for all guests.
• Assist with the setup and adjustment of snowboard bindings according to guest specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rental area.
• Offer exceptional customer service, guiding guests through equipment selection and usage.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on rental equipment as needed.

**What We're Looking For:**

• **Required:** Proven expertise in boot fitting.
• **Required:** Proficiency in setting up and adjusting snowboard bindings.
• **Required:** Must possess ISO 11088 certification.
• **Preferred:** Experience with rental software.
• **Preferred:** Prior experience in a similar role within the ski industry.
• **Preferred:** Previous seasonal work experience.
• **Advantageous:** Flexibility in availability throughout the season.
• **Advantageous:** Personal skiing or snowboarding ability.
• **Advantageous:** Proficiency in languages other than English.
• **Hard Requirement:** Must have secured accommodation in Chamonix for the duration of the contract.
• **Hard Requirement:** Must be physically present in Chamonix for the full contract period (April 1st, 2026 – April 30th, 2026).
• **Hard Requirement:** Must possess the legal right to work in France (valid permit/visa).
