**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist guests with selecting and fitting ski and snowboard equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance and adjustments on rental gear.
• Ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering guidance.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.

**What We're Looking For:**

• **Required:** Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• **Required:** Demonstrated ability in boot fitting.
• **Required:** Must have accommodation secured for the duration of employment.
• **Required:** Must be physically present in the resort for the entire season.
• **Required:** Must possess the legal right to work in the country where the resort is located.
• **Preferred:** Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• **Preferred:** Prior experience working a seasonal role.
• **Preferred:** Familiarity with snowboard binding adjustments.
• **Advantageous:** Experience with rental software systems.
• **Advantageous:** Personal ski or snowboard ability.
• **Advantageous:** Proficiency in an additional language.
